（1）又称抗利尿激素异常分泌综合征（The Syndrome of Inappropriate Secretion of Antidiuretic Hormone，SIADH）
　　（2） 30%～50%患儿引起血钠减低和血浆渗透压下降
　　（3）此症可加重脑水肿或直接导致低钠性惊厥
